Use of the 11wn Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
11wn reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide such documentation within the period specified by 11wn may result in suspension or closure of your Account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

Each player is permitted to maintain only one registered Account on the 11wn Platform. You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 11wn Account login credentials, including your username and password. 11wn strongly recommends the use of a unique, complex password not used on any other platform, and the activation of two-factor authentication where available.
You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials is deemed to be conducted by you, and you bear full responsibility for all bets, transactions, and actions taken through your Account.
You must notify 11wn customer support immediately if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation or if your login credentials have been compromised. 11wn will take reasonable steps to secure your Account upon receipt of such notification but accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to notification.
Security Notice: 11wn will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication requesting your full password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
You agree to use the 11wn Platform solely for lawful, personal, and recreational gaming purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all Account balances:
11wn reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this Section and to take such action as it deems appropriate, including referral to law enforcement authorities. Decisions made by 11wn in this regard are final and binding.

Deposits are credited to your Account promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits typically reflect within 30 to 60 seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day depending on your bank's processing schedule.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification and to the wagering requirements applicable to any Bonus Funds held in your Account. Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your Account. 11wn processes withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa within one to two hours of approval. HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank withdrawals are processed within the same business day.
11wn reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal. Where such checks are required, processing may be extended for up to five business days. Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method in the same name as the verified Account holder.
All Account balances, bets, and payouts are denominated in PKR. 11wn does not apply hidden currency conversion margins. Where a payment method settles in a currency other than PKR, any conversion is conducted at the prevailing mid-market rate at the time of the transaction.
Player Funds: All player balances are held in segregated accounts, separate from 11wn's operational funds. This means your deposited funds are protected and are not used to meet 11wn's operational costs or liabilities.

All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution rates, and expiry periods.
All casino games available on the 11wn Platform — including slots, live casino table games, fishing games such as Relax Fishing and Bird Catcher, and any other RNG-based titles — operate using independently certified Random Number Generator software. RNG certification is conducted by approved third-party testing laboratories and renewed periodically as required by our gaming license.

11wn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or reputational harm, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or whether 11wn had been advised of their possibility.
11wn does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from malicious code. 11wn shall not be liable for any losses arising from service outages, maintenance windows, third-party network failures, or force majeure events beyond its reasonable control.
11wn collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11wn implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. All data transmissions between your device and the 11wn Platform are encrypted using 256-bit SSL technology.

11wn reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made to these Terms, 11wn will provide notice to registered players via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice displayed upon login to the Platform.
Amendments take effect from the date specified in the amendment notice. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with Section 4.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 11wn is incorporated and licensed as an international gaming operator.
In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game, a sports betting settlement, a bonus calculation, or any transaction on your Account, you must first raise the matter with the 11wn customer support team via in-platform live chat or by email to [email protected]. 11wn will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receiving a formal complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, it may be escalated to the independent dispute resolution body designated by 11wn's licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are available upon request from 11wn customer support.
Nothing in these Terms shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights pending resolution of a dispute.
